Terms and Conditions

Each party to this contract has the right to rescind this agreement within three (3) business days following the execution date, without penalty or obligation. To exercise this right, written notice must be provided to the other party by mail, email, or hand delivery within the specified period. Upon rescission, any funds paid will be returned within ten (10) business days.

This product is warranted for [warranty period specified in estimate]. Warranty is valid only if the customer allows us to perform annual maintenance. Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

By signing this form, I give permission for Mainline Plumbing to debit my account for the amount indicated on the estimate on or after the indicated date. I understand that these funds may be withdrawn from my account as soon as the work is invoiced.

By signing this contract, I authorize Mainline Plumbing Service to perform the described services and agree to pay the amount indicated. The summary above is furnished by Mainline Plumbing Service Inc. as a good faith estimate of work to be performed at the location described above and is based on our evaluation and does not include material price increases or additional labor and materials which may be required should unforeseen problems arise after the work has started. I understand that the final cost of the work may differ from the estimate, perhaps materially. THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE OF THE FINAL PRICE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED. I understand that Mainline Plumbing is not responsible for wall patching, ceiling patching, sod replacement, sprinkler pipes, stucco repair, concrete patching or any other work not specifically outlined in the estimate. I agree and authorize the work as summarized on these estimated terms, and I agree to pay the full amount for all work performed.

Deposits are non-refundable. I have read and agree to all terms and conditions {terms}. Any alteration or deviation from the specifications involving extra cost will become an extra charge over and above this estimate. All collection and legal fees will be payable by customer. All materials installed and labor performed by Mainline Plumbing remains our property until they are paid in full.

-1.5% late fee will incur after 5 business days.

-Payment terms only apply to jobs valued at $2,000.00 or more and are as follows:

– 50/50 (deposit & completion of work) (Approved for jobs without permits or jobs with permits that only require 1 inspection [water heaters, and water re-pipes]

– 50/40/10 (deposit, completion of rough stage of work [must be collected before last rough inspection], and completion of work [must pay before final inspection is called in].

Disclaimer, Mainline Plumbing Service Inc (Otherwise known as “MLP”) and related affiliates retains the right to any goods/services charges if the refund policies are not met as outlined below. The person paying for goods/services or using goods/services (Known as “Customer”, “Client” or “You”) agrees to these terms on purchasing of goods/services through MLP. Please note that once the work has been performed and services have been rendered we are unable to process any refunds whatsoever on account. Refund requests are individually investigated and approved or denied on a case-by-case basis, please give our team 3-10 business days to process any claims. If a refund has been processed, our systems will take up to 14 business days to process any claims and a $45 handling fee is charged. Please be advised that your bank, credit card or other refund method may take an additional 24/72 hours for your refund to appear. Our systems are only able to process refunds on the cards originally charged. Should any Customer attempt a chargeback for goods/services knowingly purchased from MLP, MLP shall immediately discontinue services for that Customer and will pursue full legal recourse against the Customer to recoup any and all losses. If a chargeback occurs as a result of Customer changing their mind about the price, a $55 fee will be assessed on top of the full chargeback amount. On a second attempt at a chargeback, MLP shall immediately discontinue services to the Customer and pursue full legal recourse to recoup any and all losses, and future services to the Customer shall be denied. MLP is unable to process a refund under any of the following conditions: – If the customer changes their minds about the goods/services and does not want to continue using goods/services provided by MLP. – If the customer discovers their spouse has changed their minds after completion of work. – The Customer has obtained counsel from a friend or other source to not continue using services or previously provided by MLP. – The Customer has obtained counsel from an attorney, or other legal counsel to not continue using services provided by MLP. – The customer found a competitor with a different price. If the customer has consulted with Nextdoor app, Neighbor or other non licensed entity after work has been approved, completed and paid for MLP will be unable to issue any refunds. All customer refund requests will be denied if they do not meet the above terms. To request a refund, we can be contacted below: Email: [email protected]. Additionally, threats to report us to the news, BBB, or other entity or slander our firm on social media networks such as Nextdoor app, Facebook, Google or other entity prior to speaking with our customer support team we shall not issue a refund. Furthermore we shall seek legal remedy for slandering our company on any platform in addition to not issuing a refund.

These are due immediately upon completion date of each phase or late fees will accrue as per above. Retainage may only be held at 5% for closing of permits. Owners must give access for permit closure within a timely manner or retainage will not apply.

Warranty- Equipment must be registered by owner. MLP is not responsible for the registry of the customer’s equipment.

**Excludes: PERMIT RELATED FEES, BUILDING CODE UPGRADES, ENGINEERING, CONCRETE CUTS, CARPENTRY, ROOFING, OUSIDE TEST & BALANCE, ELECTRICAL, FRAIMING, PAINTING, PATCHING AND FIRE PROTECTION UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

MLP CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE for condensation water damage, air quality or mold nor any water damage caused by existing PVC drains or pressure water lines damaged during installation or service. 

Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement to the extent permitted by law, Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mainline Plumbing their officers, directors, agents and employees from and against any and all claims, suites, liens, judgements, damages, losses and expenses including reasonable legal fees and costs arising in whole or part, in connection with performance of work being performed at said address.

In accordance with state law, all underground utilities, including but not limited to electric, gas, telephone, and cable will be marked prior to our company excavating the area needed. We are to be HELD HARMLESS for any damages to underground cables, electric, or irrigation systems that are not marked and unforeseen by our employees. Reasonable care will be implemented at all times to avoid these.
